The 2020 CANIE Awards

During the regional digital tour in May and June, forty Canadian entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds and industries were recognized. They shared their entrepreneurial journeys, their perspectives of the current economic crisis, and delivered a message of resilience during candid Q&As moderated by Catherine Clark, President of Catherine Clark Communications.

Now, more than ever, it is crucial for each of us to rally together and champion entrepreneurs and businesses that stand as the backbone of our economy. It is up to all of us to promote and support entrepreneurs and innovators who are not just surviving, but thriving in these challenging times.

Grand Finale Awards Ceremony

On October 20th, we recognized the 2020 CANIE Awards National winners. The Grand Finale was a magnificent digital event full of government personalities, community builders, entrepreneurs, and key leaders from across the country.

Regional Events

The 2020 CANIE Awards featured 5 regional award ceremonies across Canada. In May and June, more than 11,500 entrepreneurs, community builders, government, and family members joined the Live Galas to celebrate the 40 regional award winners.
