Dr. Vimy Henderson is a Principal Engineer at PTech Engineering Solutions Inc. She and a team of professionals provide engineering consultation services for the design, construction, and performance of pavement infrastructure for roads, highways, airfields, and industrial developments in Canada and internationally.<\/p>\n

Vimy started PTech Engineering Solutions Inc. in 2021 after more than 12 years of experience at Canadian and global consulting firms. In her experience before starting PTech, she was fortunate to be supported by numerous successful professionals. However, she also saw only a limited number of women-identifying and a lack of diversity in leadership positions within engineering organizations. As a woman who is part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, she is thrilled to have started and have the opportunity to develop and grow an engineering consulting firm that is welcoming and encouraging of diversity and inclusion while delivering effective technical solutions.<\/p>\n
